All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The studio is located in the Bellaire part of Houston just off I-69. The studio is 1800 sq ft and fully air-conditioned. It includes multiple hand-crafted concept stations that are available for use throughout the studio. There is also a bathroom, a hair makeup vanity, and two changing rooms. The lights used in the images are included at no additional charge.

I traveled all the way from Charlotte just to shoot in this space and it was worth it! I appreciate the layout of the studio and its creative backdrops. The facility was clean. I definitely recommend this space to ALL content creators!

I’m glad I’ve chosen this space as a birthday gift. It was a fun event place to do my sons first photoshoot! Nellie is very attentive and helpful there’s so many creative things in the space I’d rent it out again.
