Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We will do the following prior to each booking. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean the space. Supply a handwashing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add a new lining to cans.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

About the Space

The studio is located in the Bellaire part of Houston just off I-69. The studio is 1800 sq ft and fully air-conditioned. It includes multiple hand-crafted concept stations that are available for use throughout the studio. There is also a lounge area, bathroom, and a hair makeup vanity along with dressing rooms.

Free private parking is available for up to 4 cars. More parking is available along the street.

General Rules

Absolutely no drugs or alcohol are allowed on the premises (No exceptions). If drugs or alcohol are found to be present during a rental the booking will be terminated immediately without refund. No smoke bombs or devices that cause smoke or exhaust. Including, but not limited to, fireworks, sparklers, and fog machines. No glitter, confetti, feathers, dirt, or fake blood unless pre-approved by staff in writing. No dirtying/wetting/smudging the walls in any way. No entering the storage space where the rental gear is located without prior permission. The shoot cutoff time is 11 pm. No loud music after 10 pm. Whoever books the location must stay on the premises if there will be lots of people left inside the studio during the shoot duration. There are security cameras on the property. Do not block the driveway with cars. No pets allowed. Our maximum persons are 30. If more people arrive they will not be allowed to enter the studio and must leave the premises. Trash must be picked up and put in the trash cans. Any furniture/gear that is moved must be put back to where it was before the end of the rental. If anything is damaged or destroyed Peerspace will be contacted to initiate a claim.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

Ms. Nellie is just awesome, a very kind person with a lot of potential and great personality. The studio has almost everything you need different backdrops and props, I will definitely rebook again.
