We’ve taken and adapted the principles of physical distancing for the workplace. This includes how people move around our locations and business clubs, with clear information, signage and measures in place to make sure there’s minimal person-to-person contact. Visible signage. We’ve placed detailed health and safety guidelines on strategic points within our locations. These guidelines are there to remind people on getting down to business in the safest way possible. Support. Our dedicated global team of cleaning contractors, community managers, maintenance managers, account helpdesk coordinators, professional receptionists, IT engineers and many more are here to support you to run your business in the best and safest way possible. Safer meetings. We’ve established a meeting room safety protocol in order to make sure that people can continue to use our meeting rooms following health and safety guidelines. Because of this, you’ll find that our meeting rooms have been updated with spaced seating arrangements and signage to remind people of physical distancing, moving around clockwise, and maintaining a safe distance for catering.

About the Space

This space is perfect for shooting your next intimate business scenes, corporate portraits, lifestyle shoots, and video interviews. Our space is located inside a 4 star Industrial Warehouse Office building, minutes away from the divine Spectrum and surrounded by many Restaurants. There is a private bathroom, freight elevator access, multiple additional private office unit spaces for your next office setting production shoot. Custom pricing is available upon request depending on availability. Hourly rate varies from $40 to $250/ hr depending on the type of shoot, production and crew size. Inquiry within for special rates for multiple days of bookings or student film. Additional Warehouse Spaces, Office or Rooms available for additional price upon request during the site tour. Freight elevator available with Certificate of Insurance. There will be a site rep present to assist, answer any questions you might have and to help make your experience the best one. LISTED RATE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: - (1) Executive Office & Meeting Room with Natural Lighting - (1) Onsite representative available on site throughout the day - High End office furnitures to mix and match to create your own set design - Access to Freight Elevator with Certificate of Insurance provided 5 days prior to shoot PLEASE NOTE: Posted price per hour is for a crew of 15 people max including crew & talent. Larger production shoot of the space or with exclusivity requests in certain areas are welcome & subject to higher rates. All booking start & end times are inclusive of setup & tear down time, so please include that when booking your reservation. All bookings requested the day before the booking start date without prior discussion and coordination are subject to denial or cancellation. SCOUTING-- We're happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to availability and will not be accommodated during other guests' reservations/productions. OVERTIME-- If you go over your booking time, you will be charged time & 1/2. We're happy to offer a 20-min grace period for load-out, but do not allow early arrivals.
