Lighting description

The windows vary in age, size, design. Curtains or window blocks can be used to control the light. Certain spaces will be harder to control light then others, the photos should give a good idea. The main home is brightest between 10 AM - 3 PM (during winter months), 10 AM - 5 PM during summer months. The natural light in the garage can be very easily controlled.

The property is on a very quiet street. All of the homes in the neighborhood are on large lots averaging 5 plus acres.

Electrical system description

Circuit breaker is inside the home in the laundry room. There are plenty of outlets inside the home as well as 5 exterior outlet boxes around the house, one in the carport, and additional outlets inside the garage.

General Rules

Nudity is allowed. No smoking in the buildings. Catering and hosting parties is not allowed. Fires in designated fire pit only, must be fully extinguished before leaving the property. Pets and persons under the age of 18 will need to be approved in advance. Security cameras are present on the property. No moving furniture or decor without prior consent. No tinsel, glitter, or sparkly debris indoor. No strong odors indoor. No oils, hair dyes, or rub off make-up if you're shooting on bed (you're welcome to bring your own bedding). No shoes in the house (but they are fine to wear for photographs). When booking, please ensure you give yourself enough time for unloading, set up and clean up. your reservation window is for your entire time on the property. Please practice "leave no trace" and be sure to put trash in proper receptacles and leave the home as you found it. Do not park off anywhere off the designated driveway. Arrangements for vehicles off of the designated driveway need to be made in advance.

All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture and wall decor can be moved and removed from the building. I have additional interior and exterior furniture and decor at the property that can also be used for staging photos and scenes.

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

There is a camera at the front door and one on the driveway. Recording features can be turned off and covered as needed.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
