This is the 2nd of Paolo's spaces that I've used. I love the decor and the style of his spaces. He has been a perfect and supportive host. Each of my shoots ran long and I was able to coordinate extra time with him on the fly. I would DEFINITELY shoot in his spaces again.

The space was great but the owner was very specific about certain rules which we followed to the T and left out many things that he complained about afterwards. When we arrived the owner met us and gave a long list of things to do and not do like leaving the door closed at all times, not being in the hall, only utilizing the back for certain things etc. We were compliant with everything that was explained to us. There was props all throughout the space which we believed were usable for the shoot so we did use the things shown, however we cleaned the place and returned it to beautiful condition to then receive nasty messages from the owner complaining we had touched things we shouldn’t have. When booking for a shoot I did assume all items in the location were there for us to use when shooting. In the future I hope the owner is more specific about what things can and can’t be used as we were very surprised at the response we received afterwards. We have booked with peerspace before and always receive great reviews because we follow rules when specified.

Love this space! It is really unique and will add production value to your photo or film shoot. Paolo is very nice and we were able to stage equipment in the backyard.
