About the Space

Important notice, please read before booking the studio: !!! 2 HOURS BOOKING MINIMUM !!! If you will book the studio less than 2 hours your booking will be declined. Thank you for understanding. This is a loft type space with multiple sets in one room. The room is divided into four parts and each part has it's own authentic look. Currently we have 5 sets available: 1) Vinyl records studio 2) Jungle Tv Safari 3) Cyberpunk 4) Interrogation room 5) Picture Gallery INCLUDED IN YOUR PEERSPACE: - 1100 sq ft. of space - 2 Bathrooms - Clothing rack - Wifi - Space to change - Bluetooth Speaker SOUND DETAILS: Like many areas be careful not to put the sound/music too loud. Covid-19 Restrictions: Due to the practice of social distancing we are limiting the space to 10 people or less. We appreciate your cooperation. Absolutely No Alcohol, No Smoking, No drugs, No Firearms. The space is open 8am - 9pm, 7 days a week with a minimum of 2 hours. Your booking includes full use of every section within our walls. STUDIO LIGHTS, CREW AND EQUIPMENT ARE NOT INCLUDED TO THE RENTAL FEE!!! The studio has a black ceiling and no natural lights. The space includes 2 bathrooms. Additional lighting, video equipment or crew are not included to the rent. You will be able to rent the studio equipment for a separate cost. We allow to only use it in the studio. Check Add-ons to see the list of equipment that is available for rent. You pay flat fee that covers the equipment rent for the whole time that you are renting the studio. One of the managers will be there to explain the space.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:
  • Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
  • Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

Great space. Perfect for my project. I completed 4 different music videos in my two hours I booked. The changing room was perfect. My niece says they deserve 5 stars because they had the nice toilet paper in the bathroom 🤣🤣. I would recommend this space. Very easy to find. Very clean and the spaces were very well put together. The lighting was great. Thank you 5/5.

What an awesome location! Nick and Pavell are fantastic hosts and made our experience very seamless and easy. We had a full day of shooting in here and there's sooo many ways to light and shoot these sets. Definitely would recommend! Parking is very simple and there's some great loading areas close by. Can't wait to do another project here!

I actually enjoyed myself shooting my project. Space shows as advertised. Nick was very responsive and has a nice establishment. Everything worked out and I’m looking forward to seeing the finishes! Thanks :-)
