  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

The space is located in a renovated commercial retail store, boasts high-ceilings pine panel, and solid harwoods floors. The space is open and airy and the decor and furnishings are modern chic. We Offer cowork offers open concept coworking space, with no lease or long-term commitments. We offer dedicated desks for private use for $400 per month for those who are tired of staying at a home office and being less productive or for $550 you can have a modern desk for those offering professional service to their clientele offering meet up space and private conference room on an availability basis. Plenty of street parking is an available and private lot for everyone use. It's walking distance to many restaurants in the area in a very high traffic location. Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
