Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We fog our area with hospital-grade Hypochlorous as much as possible, have cleaners in 3 days a week, and disinfect all high-touch surfaces at the end of every day. We also require everyone to be masked unless in an individual workspace.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space

This is a co-working space in the heart of the vibrant, artistic community of the Near South Side in Fort Worth. We are surrounded by up and coming restaurants, micro-galleries, and a mix of great shopping options. We offer coworking spaces as well as dedicated offices. Perks include blazing fast internet, Jura coffee and espresso machine, a great community environment and as many snacks and sodas as you can handle! Our members also receive special discounts when renting our attached studio space, which is 4,000 sq. ft. and has hosted events as well as film shoots of all types.
