1,800 sq ft high-ceiling studio with large cornered Cyc wall. Great for small to large sized photoshoots, video shoots, classes, meetings and more. Our space is great for people or object heavy shots - There's lots of room to spread things out. We are located in Jersey City Heights - A 25 minute drive from Midtown Manhattan and one block away from a bus stop that can take you directly to/from Port Authority and PATH trains. Plenty of yummy lunch and coffee shop options nearby. Street parking is readily available. Included in this rental: - Cornered Cyclorama wall (18’ x 24’ x 8’h) ** - Black-out capable - 5 C-Stands - 4 Sand bags - 2 4x8 V flats w/ white and black sides - Curtain-seperated changing area - 10' background stands - Large conference table - Makeup station with 2 chairs - Heavy duty industrial cart - 2 Large White rolling production table for transporting / table top shooting - Full private bathroom w/ shower - Garage door access for large items - In-studio sink for quick cleanup - Set-building services and woodshop on-site (If you require this, please project details when booking) - 2 mini refrigerators - Heat & A/C ADDITIONAL NOTES & INFORMATION - MUST READ: 1. We are not offering any discounts at this time. Our hourly rate is non-negotiable. 2. Overtime to be billed at $240/hr, starting on the first 10 minutes over-time 3. Set up and wrap up times counts as part of rental time - Be sure to include that in your rental period. 4. **White Cyclorama floors and walls can be requested to be freshly painted for a fee of $75. The cyc wall and floor are swept but may have marks from normal use. 5. No backdrops are included in this rental - If needed, I will assist you in accepting backdrop shipments directly to studio - We DO have two background stands for you to use***** 6.
