Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We wipe down surfaces every day, along with regular foggings with hospital-grade disinfectant.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
Our Studio is a 4,000 sq. ft. professional film and photography studio that offers a drive on set, pre-lit 2 wall cyc, a green room, make-up room, 3-ton Tungsten lighting package, natural lighting and a 14ft grid. We also offer the space up for banquets, parties, meetings, and other social gatherings.

Our entire office and studio space is ADA compliant and accessible.
The best part?
We have a full sized garage door for load in. That means you can back your truck or van right into the studio for loading and unloading.
Staging area is available
We have a full hair and makeup room with three styling stations, two bathrooms, and adjustable lighting.
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
We are fully outfitted for the power needs of any production and have hosted a wide variety of large scale shoots.
Circuit breaker can be accessed
General Rules
No smoking inside the building, equipment is rented for a separate fee, late night and early morning shoots accomodated
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
We typically require insurance, but offer plans for you to purchase as well.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Our studio is a blank slate- but we are happy to help you fill it with furniture, plants, and other decoration! We offer a comprehensive list of furnishings for rental. You can also, of course, bring your own. Load in is easy with our drive-on load in dock.
Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
