All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
We have a very gorgeous, magazine worthy, open floor plan with tons of incredible natural light. Perfect for photo shoots, lifestyle shoots, commercials, etc. The white French doors open to a large 900 sq ft deck with lots of outdoor seating and a dining area strung with lights. Walk down the stairs to a large grassy area with even more seating to enjoy the lush trees in a country-like setting. Very relaxing, with lots of photo opportunities in a natural, serene environment. Featured on countless Instagram home decor accounts. Close to the freeway and only 5 minutes to any urban amenity photo crews may need!

I have bamboo blinds and white curtains to help block the sun. We are elevated a little, so we get great lighting all throughout the day!

Not a busy street. A very quiet street without sidewalks. Country like setting. No external noises like freeway, etc..

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.
The host was super responsive and was super communicative during our time of booking the location. The space was amazing. It exceeded our expectations. Our team was amazed by how attentive to detail everything was. We did a photo and video shoot for a client of ours, that specialized in healing stones. The space worked wonders in keeping the natural light and provided us with different rooms/space to create content with.
