COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
I have a cleaning person come before and after each booking. My building adheres to the highest cleaning standards.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

Located in an iconic mid-century building on the Upper East Side, this unit has undergone a full renovation to allow for as much open space and light as possible. With a wood-burning fireplace and an oversized living space, this home is perfect for gatherings, meetings and photo shoots.

I always find a spot within a block of the apartment right away. I'd recommend 66th between 2nd and 3rd.
There's a paid Icon Parking garage under the building. You access it on 65th st between 2nd and 3rd.
