You'll be along Michigan Ave and about a block or so from I-75. Both are fairly busy streets.

Ground Floor

You'll load in the back parking lot, where there are plenty of spots available for you and your team.

The commercial kitchen is off-limits.

Overtime Peerspace bills any overtime beyond your check-out time at 1.5x the rate, per half-hour. When booking, be sure to account for setup and teardown time to stay on schedule and within your budget. As we often have incoming guests and/or a cleaning team arriving at your check-out, it is nearly impossible to extend bookings in real-time. Care We kindly ask you and your team to: + Take loving care of our space + Respect our hardworking, kind neighbors + Tidy up after yourselves + Return the space to its arrival condition. + Share any damages and/or maintenance needs so we may address them ASAP. Furniture + Structures Please be gentle with our furniture and props, as many of them are vintage and fragile. If you would like to move items, please give us advanced notice and please return all items to their original locations. Please gently lift the furniture instead of dragging as the sound travels easily to our downstairs neighbors. Please do not alter the walls (e.g., paint, nails, screws, adhesives) without advanced written permission. We have a team of painters and contractors should you require assistance for your event. Other Things to Note Smoking, vaping, glitter, confetti of any kind or substance are not permitted in the space. Children are welcome, please ensure to take every precaution for their safety in this space. Please wear face coverings in all common areas to help ensure the safety and well-being of our neighbors. Bathroom is a shared, public bathroom.
