It is sitting on a canal which leads to the intercostal with magnificent views of the bay during the day and Gorgeous Sunsets during the evening. The sunset views are amazing! There is a Tiki hut with a Bar overlooking the water. The breeze is amazing! A great outdoor space to be with family and friends during these crazy times with a pandemic. There is a beautiful pool and patio area. Ice maker and Cable TV is also available. We also have boat parking/docking. Activities that work well in this space; photoshoots, music videos, sporting events, small parties, small wedding, baby showers, team meeting, luncheons, book clubs, music videos, workshops, presentations, seminars, yoga classes, conferences, paddle boarding, fishing, kayaking, Church meetings, meet ups therapy sessions, Valentines date, girls night out, engagements, birthdays, holiday events, dance lessons, date night. *Use of the following items: (extra) Kitchen, pool, grill, etc. *Use of outdoor space *Outside catering and alcohol is allowed *Ask host for any amenities not listed or any special requests.
