It is also minutes away from the beaches, the harbor, and hiking trails above the Bluff. The kitchen is fully equipped for all tastes and preferences. The bedrooms are beautifully designed with a TV in every room. Each King-sized bed can be split into two single beds allowing for a dynamic and versatile space suitable for a variety of parties. The bathrooms have bathtubs and full body shower systems. There are indoor and outdoor fireplaces. This boasts smart locks, a smart sound system Sonos and smart assistant Alexa. The outdoor space is landscaped with drought tolerant plants. There are fire-pit tables with adirondack beach chairs, chaise lounges, beautiful feng shui inspired water fountains, and winery themed entertaining areas. This home is part of a four unit property.
