Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

General Rules

• Set up/clean up/event staff not provided • No smoking in the building • Outside catering and beverages allowed, food and alcohol must be served by licensed bartenders • Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors • No alcohol or loud music allowed after 11:30 pm • No pets allowed in event spaces • Furniture must be moved back to where you found it • Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking • Front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use lock box and key code provided
