Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Parking description

Limited on-site parking available for $25 plus tax for entirety of event. There is also metered parking on the street and nearby parking lots which can be reserved via SpotHero.

Large south facing windows allowing natural light, brightest in afternoons. Window coverings are not provided.

The space is open to our front desk, lobby and on-site cafe. There is heavy ambient noise.

There is a loading zone located in front of the hotel. Equipment can be brought in through the front door and loaded into the space. There are stairs to get to the space.

General Rules

• Set up/clean up/event staff not provided • No smoking in the building • Outside catering and beverages allowed, food and alcohol must be served by licensed bartenders • Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors • No alcohol or loud music allowed after 11:30 pm • No pets allowed in event spaces • Furniture must be moved back to where you found it • Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
