The Secret Garden has 1,300 sf and Suite we call "El Jefe" is 1000sf hosting max is 65 ppl in a seated table atmosphere INCLUDED IN THE SECRET GARDEN - IS THE USE OF THE SUITE We welcome you to our boss themed suite which includes- Huge 3 bedroom 1 bath! walk in closet in master huge living room dining room combo - POOL TABLE to enjoy- private walk up laundry ROOM in the unit LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION located across the street is a Starbucks- jewel- cvs! 3 min to the blue line and Metra! Lawrence bus stop is at the corner. 13min to  Downtown Chicago 13 min to north Ave/Milwaukee nightlife 13min to Rosemont  casinos and nightlife and suburbs Rules No smoking inside. Set up and break down must be within the time booked. No onsite cooking, BBQing in the garden or suite.   No use of glitter/ confetti on the premises. If you have professional catering or vendors we request insurance and valid permits for all vendors, which they typically can provide for us. Guests are responsible for setting up space within timed purchased. Prompts/ props/ extra set up is the sole responsibility of guests. Host is not responsible for any items left on site / lost during the event date nor will anything be mailed out. $150 mandatory cleaning fee is required. guests are only allowed to smoke in the garden area grounds and all buds MUST be thrown in the trash. If an excessive amount of cleaning is required we charge an additional fee.   If Furniture is moved around it is the responsibility of the guest to return things back to order.
