Our space is cleaned and disinfected according to CDC guidelines regularly. Hand sanitizer, cleaning wipes and paper towels are available as needed.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Parking description

There is limited paid parking available on-site for $25 plus tax. There is plenty of metered parking on the street and nearby parking lots able to be reserved via SpotHero.

Space is located in the lower-level of the hotel near hotel staff spaces. There will be ambient noise.

There is a loading zone in front of the hotel. Equipment can be loaded in the front entrance and brought to the space via the elevator.

General Rules

• Set up/clean up/event staff not provided • No smoking in the building • Outside catering and beverages allowed, food and alcohol must be served by licensed bartenders • Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors • No alcohol or loud music allowed after 11:30 pm • No pets allowed in event spaces • Furniture must be moved back to where you found it • Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking

Yes, I would book again.

I had a successful birthday party. EXCELLENT SPACE! My guest were able tomove around. The staff had great communication. If I was unable to reach one manager their was always someone catering to my need. Dominique and Jill thank you sooo much!
