About the Space
Our space is fantastic for Photos, Movies, Music Videos, and Live Streams. The unique setting of our space will separate your content from other outdoor studios. All the neon signs on the property have a rich history and great story on how it landed here. We are located in a private neighborhood so you will have the privacy to shoot what ever you want. With easy access to a trail behind the property, you'll be able to get some rolling hill nature shots. We also have an interior music studio if you're looking for those "in the studio" shots. There's easy access to the space if you need to unload any equipment, as well as an onsite bathroom.

There is free street parking as well as a school parking lot for bigger vehicles that is very close to the space.

Lighting description
The space is mostly outdoors so the space is mostly natural light. We do have some blackout curtains if you need a darker look or some protections from the sun. The space is best used around sunset and evening to take advantage of the neon lighting.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
There is some ambient noise in the outdoor space (birds, distant traffic, the occasional kid in the distance). We are located in a private neighborhood so if you mic properly you shouldn't pick up any ambient noise. We have run 25+ live streams from the venue with no problem with the ambient noise.

There is a generously sized driveway for unloading equipment. We would just need info on what equipment you would want to bring.

The interior music studio can be used for makeup, wardrobe, etc.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
The interior of the home and parts of the indoor music studio.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
There are many access points for power in the space. Regarding access to the circuit breaker, there will be a on site person able to help with any power issues for every booking.

Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
No loud music after 10pm

Outside catering is allowed
For Photography and/or Livestream a in house photographer and equipment will be provided
For everything else, you are required to bring your own cam-op

Furniture can be moved or removed. The neon signs and other permanent installations cannot be moved or removed.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
A reminder the venue is outdoors, so the following applies to any indoor applications in the bookable studio portion of the space. That being said, we thoroughly disenfect all high touch surfaces before and after each booking. We schedule bookings at least 24 hours apart from each other to allow for a professional cleaner for the interior space.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
