Enhanced cleaning measures:

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The windows are tall and wide that makes it possible to bring in lots of natural light. There are easy to use curtains to block out the natural light is you prefer inside lighting. 9am-3pm are the times of day when it is the brightest.

Our Luxury Apt is on the 12th floor which only has 5 luxury apartments, you will not hear or see any neighbors due to thick walls and only one occupying the floor. Although we are downtown Detroit we are not on the busiest street. There are multiple vents in the apartment so if the heat or AC is turned up high, you will hear it blow through the vent.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
