Bluetooth soundbar with subwoofer and vinyl player available for use for music. Additional chairs, tables, and staff for rent. Casual hangouts - Lounge area with clean carpet and plush couch set with 60 inch Samsung TV equipped with Apple TV, Netflix, and gaming consoles. Just a great space in the heart of the beautiful Mission district! While the office is fully furnished, we are willing to work with you for clearing space to fit your event needs. Other great amenities include commercial fan/heater, water dispenser, free wifi, ping pong table, games (cornhole, Jenga, Monopoly), video games (Nintendo Switch), and more. The office space is quite accessible to reach due to the fact that the nearest BART train station, either 24th St station or 16th street station. If you don't feel comfortable taking BART, you can find an Uber or Lyft anywhere across San Francisco. Feeling more adventurous? Valencia/Mission is one of the most bike friendly place in the world with bike lanes everywhere in the streets. In a prime location on Valencia street, you can explore the beautiful art and culture of the area with book stores, bike shops, local clothing brands, vinyl record shops, and multiple new age coffee shops. Hungry? The Mission district has a lot to offer from of the best salads (Souvla), cheesesteaks (Jay's Cheesesteak), pizza (Arizmendi Bakery), cookies (Anthony's Cookies), ice cream (Salt & Straw) and more. About 25 people standing and sitting can fit comfortably here while about 15 can sit comfortably with possibility of up to 20-30 with additional chairs.

It was a lovely space. Had everything I needed. Lights everywhere. Each corner of the area was different so it made it seem like I was shooting in multiple locations, but it was actually one. Matt was extremely accommodating and allowed for us to extend our time when need be. I 100% recommended booking with him.

Floors were very dirty haha my socks are trashed from changing in between sets. But the space itself was cute, slightly different then what the images lead on. Would still recommend.
