SUPPLEMENTAL LOCATION AGREEMENT: Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental location agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: $1,000,000 general liability 3rd Party Property Damage Loss Payee Certificate holder must be named as additional insured 2 separate certificates required OVERTIME POLICY: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. OTHER GENERAL RULES: *Crew Parking at Crunch on Sunset *Fee for restroom access use *Only photo equipment and props to be allowed up to house driveway *Protection is required throughout; minimum of 20 furnipads *Sign posted ""no shoes on carpet""; booties required *HMS: in guesthouse *Catering: set up in drive way or on table by the pool; never in house *NO POOL HEATER, one must be rented. *Wardrobe: in designated bedroom *Make-up and Hair: on dining room table *Wi-Fi Available *Please make sure production takes trash with them and don't leave it *HO driveway can fit a maximum of 2 sprinters *No Cube trucks bigger than 12 feet, as public drive way is extremely narrow and steep *Load-in/ Load-out needs to be carefully staggered. Once the HO driveway is full (2 sprinters or 3 cars), there is nowhere for any other cars to park or TURN AROUND. *It is recommended to have a passenger van. *The garage doors open outward so should be opened before any vehicles are pulled into exterior parking spaces. *People are not allowed to go on the rickety wooden walkway which is attached to the exterior of the den windows. *Absolutely no smoking of any kind on property at all *No parking on road outside property! *The three spaces above her property are her neighbors. She does not want to take advantage and have problems in the future. (The spaces can be bought if necessary) *Wooden deck in front of Den is OFF LIMITS. No exceptions.
