We have a professional cleaning service that disinfects and cleans the space before and after each booking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The space is a full one bedroom condo with an outdoor view. It is perfect for small meetings, photography, movie shoots, etc..... The space a full kitchen with silverware, coffee maker,dishes,pots, pans and a britta water filter. The bedroom has a king bed in the bedroom with lamp. There is an additional bed available if you shuold need it.

The condo has ample oulets. I would not recommend messing with the circuit breaker. zthe outlets are located in the bedroom, bathroom and living room area.

General Rules

No smoking in the building No loud parties No drugs No weed If any of these rules are violated, you will be penalized accordingly. Anything that is broken or damaged during use of space will be charged to guests.

Ages 21+

Production insurance is required

Your insurance coverage must show proof with the company name on it and cover all liabilities and damage incase of emergency. It should also cover any workers or vendors on site for your booking.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Everything can be moved around by the guest. Everything must be put back into its proper place.
