All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

This lounge gives you a taste of Atlanta while nestled in downtown Douglasville. This hidden gem is large, spacious and gives off an eclectic vibe. The exposed brick throughout create a rustic feel that leaves you feeling warm and cozy. The space provides the perfect opportunity for photo ops and video shoots. The outside atrium, consisting of its historical and rustic feel can also be used for additional photo ops. Our oversized leather couches gives this lounge the perfect feel. Every space in the lounge has a different vibe. We feature an entertainment area with a large pool table and dance floor. The outdoor patio features a space all its own. This lounge allows you to be creative in the various uses that it can be used for.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
