French influence flows throughout the spacious and graceful manor home which is brimming with interesting antiques as well as salvaged architectural elements. The lovely English gardens, designed by renowned landscape designer Craig Bergmann, invites you into an assortment of enchanting spaces for dining or relaxing. Available for your rental is the entire first floor and outdoor patio as well as the gardens. In the interior you will enjoy a chefs kitchen, 3 separate dining areas, a large living room and a grand family room, as well as two restrooms. Outdoors boast several separate dining spaces, a commercial grill, bistro lighting and a beautiful built in fire pit. Located just 20 minutes north of Chicago, French Manor Home and Garden is that special place you've been looking for.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

Extraordinary! Gorgeous! PERFFECT! We held our wedding and reception at Grace French Manor Home and Garden and could not have been happier with how everything went. The garden and house are even more beautiful than the photos show! The house is full of beautiful details both inside and out, and the garden is a semi-hidden paradise. Edwina, the owner, is amazing. She went *far* above and beyond to make sure that everything was wonderful for our special day. We feel so grateful to her. In addition to being an expert designer with a spectacular, special home and stunning garden, she is an incredibly kind human being who thought of absolutely everything and helped us a TON in advance of the big day. She coordinated with our vendors, which made things easier, and was present on the day to help us set up and troubleshoot. We really can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. Grace French Manor Home is a true gem, a unique place to hold any event. Highly highly recommend!!!

Yes, I would book again.

We rented this space for the memorial of my mother, and my goodness it was an amazing experience. Edwina was incredibly helpful during the event, her space is immaculate, comfortable, and very well decorated. We received numerous compliments, and most importantly I think my mom would have loved it.
