Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

This is your studio if you need a low cost space to work on music, write, collab, work on your beats, record a demo, or your full album or just escape and get focused on creating. This space also work well for recording ADR, podcasts, voiceovers or other audio production work. Monthly lockouts are available. Includes access to gear, synths, plugins, vocal booth, and acoustic instruments. One of the biggest thing that sets us apart is we have a genuinely safe space to focus on your craft. Had such an amazing time recording here! Everything was ready to go, and our session turned out sounding super great. Also we got to add some synths to the track with some of the hardware available to use there. Would def book again!

I was so lucky to find this space for a few hours for a little production session. I needed to finish some elements on a track and work on a couple mixdowns. The room sounds great and since these photos were taken they upgraded the speakers to Adams. The Adams were very helpful in my mixdown process. It's a true plug and play workflow with an Apollo interface. Heather and Kelsey were very helpful with any gear and audio questions I had. I will definitely utilize this space again when I need to monitor and mix.

Great, functional, well-equipped space! Was able to accomplish everything I needed to do re: vocal recording and production during my session in the space. It's literally plug & play.
