We are conveniently located in the Buckhead Village District a few blocks from The Shops Buckhead Atlanta and less than two miles from Lindbergh MARTA station. Parking options include free & metered street parking and a paid parking garage. Our 1,120 sq ft of open space accommodates 50+ people comfortably and is perfect for a variety of events. Additionally, we can service your ongoing needs! Examples: art shows, church services, co-working space, fitness sessions, MLM meetings, pop-up shops, repasses, ETC. Note that only the 1st floor is accessible for events; staircase leading to 2nd floor is not. Minimum booking hours is 4 hours Monday-Thursday, 5 hours Friday, and 6 hours Saturday and Sunday. Please see additional helpful information on hours and pricing below. Amenities FAQ: All bookings include 30 black folding chairs. Additional folding chairs can be rented for you for $2.50 each. Also, we have 30 white satin chair linens at an upcharge. All bookings include 12 rectangular tables: eight 6' tables, one 5' table, two 4' tables, and one 3' 4" table. Black and white table linens are available at an upcharge. High quality Sonos speakers are included with all bookings. A mic/PA Speaker system is available at an upcharge. Lighting can be changed at an upcharge (dim lighting or color of your choice). If you need an amenity that we don't currently offer, please tell us! We will inform you if we can assist. Hours & Pricing (cont.): For SATURDAY events, we are booking in time blocks. Our Daytime block is typically 10 AM – 4 PM. However, you can shift your 6-hour time frame to begin earlier than 10 AM without incurring a customization fee. The Evening time block is typically 6 PM – 12 AM. In addition to the hourly rate, a customized Saturday time block may incur a fee! We can accommodate your preferred time frame without the custom time block fee if it doesn’t prohibit a second event. Furthermore, it may be more advantageous to book a full day versus a half day (6-hour block) with a customization fee. Please contact us with any questions. If booking an event that ends after midnight, there is a $99 "Premium Time" fee. The add-on should be selected at checkout. PER PEERSPACE, HOURS SUBMITTED IN BOOKING RESERVATION SHOULD ALSO INCLUDE TIME FOR SETUP & BREAKDOWN. While hours can be adjusted (increased) prior to event at the regular rate, overtime charges (allowed by Peerspace) are 1.5 times the hourly rate. Also per Peerspace, overtime is billed in half hour increments. Ex. Booking reservation end time is 12 noon. Overtime from 12:01 pm to 12:30 pm at 1.5 times the hourly rate is $112.50 for the 30-minute overage. It is less costly to determine prior to event date that additional time is needed for event and/or breakdown. Event rate may vary on major holidays.

This space was perfect for my birthday party! I only expected 30 people and it was enough space for that total. I also had enough room for balloon arches, 360 booth, bartender & food. Antonia is very quick to respond to all question and is very thorough with all details. Nice location as well! Right in the middle of Buckhead. I definitely recommend this space!

Antonia is the most attentive and flexible venue manager that I have ever worked with in Atlanta - she took every step to ensure that my event went well, and was very helpful with all of my needs.
