Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

3 acres of desert and local flora. 360 Desert and Mountain views including a windmill farm. Incredible natural light 24 hrs. Location is PERFECT for: • Coachella-themed, rustic vibe fashion photography • Western themed photo or video shoots • Music Videos • Apocalyptic themed films, short films, videos • Long dirt roads with dramatic natural views perfect for car commercials and shoots. • Variety of rustic props and accessories including shipping containers. Only 16 minutes from Palm Springs and 20 mins to Joshua Tree. Restroom for less then 10 people production, If more then 10 need to rent/bring a Portable Toilet. Local rental company - http://ajportabletoilets.com Running water, for washing hands only. Please bring your own drinking water.

General Rules

Must sign liability waiver. Most common animals we see are rabbits and lizards. Guests must be cautious and aware of surroundings. We have never had any accidents or mishaps and we want to keep it that way. No Smoking! Absolutely No fires or open flames. Trash must be taken with guests upon leaving the property.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

Still photography, film, digital or new media without Automobiles require: Certificate(s) of Insurance (COI) as evidence of General Liability coverage in the amount not less than $1,000,000 for each occurrence. This is a must. Contact your insurance agent. It's cheap and easy to get the COI. Needs to endorse the Owner of location on COI. A COI is mandatory & required upon confirmation. COI can be obtained online at www.theeventhelper.com
