About the Space
Kindred Studios is a welcoming space for the creative community. We've set out to create a space that is light, airy, and full of moveable props so that you can create your own unique experience within our four walls. Bright, open space. Light-filled and spacious with 12-foot ceilings. North-facing windows give natural diffused sunlight with ceiling height windows. This 520 square foot space also features: an industrial loft feel with exposed metal ductwork, modern tile flooring, whitewashed walls, and vintage metal tin ceiling details that reflect a minimalist aesthetic. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Host was extremely accommodating and generous. This is such a perfect studio with lots of natural light at an affordable price point. I'm a blogger, and I was able to get a bunch of content in a short amount of time - will definitely book again!!!

The space was as pictured. Pretty, bright and very clean. There was no contact with the host, the door was simply left open. The only drawback is that it is on the street level and you cannot lock the door, that felt a bit unsafe. Otherwise, everything was good - I would rebook.
