- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
A unique, rustic warehouse loft with a 12' ceiling that has been described as "futuristic". I've blended the industrial nature of the interior with a wide array of plants presented in unique ways. Every inch of the 2,000 sq ft is carefully designed. Even the bathroom is a one-of-a-kind setting. Recently outfitted with a 7.2 surround sound played through Klipsch speakers (Note: decibel levels are monitored and must be kept below a set level for neighbors.) There is also a projector available upon request. Note: I work in video production and may be able to offer a variety of basic equipment rentals if needed. Feel free to inquire.
