Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Our home is cleaned and sanitized in between each booking to ensure the safety of out staff and guest.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The Black Chateau is the perfect getaway home! This is a one of a kind experience, this home is a 4,000 square foot ranch with an open floor plan, The show stopper is our pool in the living room, Yes you read that correctly, and POOL in the LIVING ROOM! (how cool is that) Our home is perfect for a family getaway, work retreat, or video shoot. This hidden gem is a mix of modern decor and also provides a 1970's throwback feel! We invite you to experience what the Black Chateau has to offer! The chef and black car are Separate charges and availability is not guaranteed. We require at least 48hrs before the reservation for these services. Heating the pool is a separate charge of $200.00 per day and we need 24 hours before reservation to get it warm!

General Rules

There is a Strict NO smoking inside policy. The maximum amount of cars is 6 and no street parking or parking on the grass The home is limited to the number of registered, declared guest counted upon booking You must have an valid working phone number to book our home Any Violations of any of the above House rules will result in immediate termination of the reservation and there will be NO Refund! No glitter or confetti is allowed due to difficulty cleaning it up. Quiet hrs OUTSIDE are between 11pm- 7am There is a Strict No Party or Events Policy Quiet Hrs- Between 11pm- 7am All cars must park in the driveway or the yard inside the gate . No Street parking is allowed Pool Rules There is no lifeguard on duty No Running on the Pool Deck No Glass allowed on the Pool Deck If there is any glass broken on the deck or pool there will be a 2500.00 fee Children must swim with adults only this pool is up to 9 feet deep.
