We have 8 beautiful acres with incredible views. There are many features to our land which includes a house, living patios and other structures. We even have a lush campground with a waterfall type Boulder shower and bathroom. Any type of production will work here because of the vast spaces and unique structures. 4000+ Sq ft for inside productions. unlimited Sq ft for outside. Things to note about our unique location: * The name of our area is deluz. It means special light. Many of the pictures I hope represent the incredible light that we have. * The Boulders that are on our land our ancient and many of them are huge with markings that are very unique. * we have exotic fruit Groves. * the campground has a full bathroom built into the boulders and is inside the hut * a large 60 by 30 metal building can be transformed into just about anything that is needed * the large areas of the land that are open are perfect for parking many trucks and vehicles and for constructing sets that might be needed * we have several unique vehicles. ATVs and tractors. And heavy equipment as well. We have several classic sports cars also. * we often are able to photograph wildlife very easily. Some of the wildlife includes Scrub Jays, coyotes, Bobcats, rabbits, any kinds of birds and ground squirrels * seasonally starting in February we will have many wildflowers and blooming plants that are native to California. Some of them are rare.
