- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Kelly is super helpful and responsive before and during the event. The space worked quite well for our conference with about 40 guests total. It is easy to find. Plenty of chairs and tables to use. There are spaces that can be easily set up for presentation, breakout discussion and food/drink station. Storage room is very handy to put stuff away temporarily. There is a fridge for storing beverages as well. Wifi is available in the space but seems to have a cap on total connections so some of our guests were unable to connect till others disconnected from it. The space is on the ground floor with glass walls and people are constantly passing by. You can see them looking inside and hear a little bit of the noise. Great for some extra publicity since we have banners and posters but so not too friendly for presenting sensitive information. During our event a band happened to be playing outside on Sacramento St and we were able to hear the music very clearly during our presentations. The restroom is a bit tricky to find on the 2nd floor of the building. Overall we really enjoyed space and would highly recommend it for off sites and other social events.

Great space! We had a ~30 people offsite for 3 days straight, stayed and lunched in. The TV screen, speakers and mikes were great for big presentations, people had plenty of space to go and have breakout sessions without getting in the way of each other, and the location was great, too (plenty of restaurants and bars around). Definitely would consider renting this place again!

The venue is fantastic and we couldn’t have had a better host other than Kelly - she was very accommodating and answered all our questions within minutes (especially as someone who’s new to SF ourselves!). We hosted a conference for +30 people and it served as a perfect space for seminar space, networking event and a drinks reception altogether in one event. Perfect venue, perfect host.

Beautiful space! We loved it. Well maintained. It worked great for our 24 person offsite. Location is amazing as well. Kelly is responsive and helpful. Would book again.
