Daytime we can offer 3 free parking spots. There is plenty of metered street parking. We can offer free parking for up to 30 vehicles between the hours of 7pm-7am.

there is minimal natural light, with only a couple small windows. This way the production can arrange with studio lights to make the desired lighting.

The space has two entrances, both being stairs leading up to the space. The space has a back alley where loading trucks can load and park.

I am not sure where and what the power rating is, but the crew can access whatever they may need. there is outlets located all around the property.

1. Please keep noise volume to a minimum when outdoors. 2. Smoking is allowed only outside of the property and or on the rooftop. No smoking inside the premises nor the balcony or the common areas of the buidling.This includes, but is not limited to: tobacco, marijuana, any other substances. 3. Please throw toilet paper down the toilet only. 4. Please note that there are recording cameras on the property. 5. We offer 3 parking spots on premises. However, there are plenty of free street parking i nthe alley as well as metered parking on the street. 6. Violation of these terms may result in a $500 fine 7. Guest(s) agree to these terms when they confirm their booking.
