The space is a newly renovated 1000+ sq ft Mid-Century Modern style home located in The Audubon Park Garden District! 2/1 open layout with colorful modern decor, ideal for cozy home photos and videos. Full kitchen with quartz counter tops and slate appliances perfect for cooking demonstrations with large prep space. Large glass dining table great for team meetings for a group of 6 or private catered dinners. The first bedroom has a king bed and the second has a queen. The bathroom features a large shower with dual shower heads.

Wonderful experience all around! From the interactions with Antoinette and Joshua to the house itself to the neighborhood, I couldn't recommend this location highly enough. They are very accommodating and friendly and responsive and the house is gorgeous!
