PLEASE READ EVERYTHING... PARKING SITUATION: Parking is $7 all day inside the parking lot. CASH. Street parking is metered. The address will take you to the back of the building you’ll see a white gate so pull forward & follow it around on the right hand side make a right at the light on to Alameda to the main street and you will see a white gated area; enter through there and go to the right. There will be a big open area where it says "Alameda Tower Management Office 5th Floor." We are located on the 5th floor. (the other floors have nothing to do with us) Room 502! WE DO KEEP CAMERAS ON THE SPACE TO MONITOR SAFETY, ARRIVAL TIMES, DEPARTURE TIMES, OVERTIME, EXTRA CHARGES & DAMAGES. WE DO NOT KEEP ANY FOOTAGE UNLESS PEERSPACE ASKS FOR PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING THAT WAS MENTIONED. Also note that there is no ac due to the fact the building use to be a parking lot so there’s no place to but an ac. Please bring cold water to keep yourself hydrated and cool. PLEASE BE SURE TO BRING YOUR OWN LIGHTING. WE DO NOT PROVIDE THAT. OR YOU CAN PURCHASE THE TUBE LIGHTS THERE. LAST MINUTE BOOKING FEE: $100.00 Any last minute booking fees and changing time/day of will pay an additional fee. Due to change of host schedule and possible bookings that could of been at your time and day. OVERTIME FEE: Your booking is your set up and clean up time. Please make sure you are out by the end of your booking to avoid any additional fees. ELEVATOR: Our building elevator is open from Monday-Saturday. Monday-Friday is open from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday is open from 10:00 am- 1:00 pm PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING HOLIDAYS THE ELEVATOR IS CLOSED AS WELL! If you book later than that you WILL HAVE TO TAKE THE STAIRS which is located down the entrance to our left. (5th floor) (PLEASE REVIEW OUR ELEVATOR TIMES INCASE FOR GUESTS W/ DISABILITIES OR FOR WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY) CAUITON: (We do allow smoking so please be cautious if you have any sensitivity to smoke of any kind.) TIME: If you book our space please arrive a little bit earlier due to parking situation (although you can park in the lot for $7 cash) and trying to find our door. When your booking space is done please make sure to finish on time or else you will be charged a fee for the extra time. We appreciate your cooperation. The space is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week with a minimum of 2 hours. Your booking includes full use of every section within our walls, including all essentials which include the following: lighting, props, fog machine, equipment, backdrops. It is a 2000 sq ft. downtown creative space where you can make many sets using our props and backdrops. You have the freedom to make your own custom design set or use one of ours. Our studio is in between 8th and Olympic at the Alameda Tower; located on the 5th floor. SOUND DETAILS: Like many areas be careful not to put the sound/music too loud. PS. One of the workers will be there to explain the space. (Sometimes we are in there and sometimes we are not but we are close by if you need any help) We be sure to explain everything fully in the beginning of booking. Please keep in mind that sometimes we are in the space (but will give you your privacy) and sometimes not but close.
