The creative space you've been looking for! We are a space for creatives, located in Downtown Leesburg. Parking description

Public parking is available in the Town Hall parking garage - 10 Loudoun St SW, Leesburg, Virginia 20175 Enter the Town Hall Garage from either West Market Street or Loudoun Street, between King Street and Wirt Street. Monday - Friday (7am - 7pm): First 2 hours free, each additional hour (or portion of an hour) is $1.00, with a $10.00 maximum daily. Weekends & Holidays: Free Drivers should keep their ticket with them after entering the garage and pay at one of the kiosks before exiting. All three kiosks accept credit and debit card payments. The kiosk by the elevator also accepts cash payments. There is a loading zone a few doors down from our building There is one flight of stairs that gets you into our building. Due to the historic building architecture, there is no elevator access.

Multiple outlets throughout the building and creative studios. Circuit breaker is located in main area, easily accessible.

General Rules

Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time into your booking hours. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. AWL reserves the right to cancel your appointment at any time, including while it’s happening. if we feel it does not fit within our core values: respect and kindness.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
