PARKING
Public parking is available in the Town Hall parking garage - 10 Loudoun St SW, Leesburg, Virginia 20175
Enter the Town Hall Garage from either West Market Street or Loudoun Street, between King Street and Wirt Street.
Monday - Friday (7am - 7pm): First 2 hours free, each additional hour (or portion of an hour) is $1.00, with a $10.00 maximum daily.
Weekends & Holidays: Free
Drivers should keep their ticket with them after entering the garage and pay at one of the kiosks before exiting. All three kiosks accept credit and debit card payments. The kiosk by the elevator also accepts cash payments.

All rentals include setup and teardown time. If you need additional time for setup and teardown, we recommend booking additional time.
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
As an office, we are taking precautions and diligently following the guidelines set out by the CDC to prevent any spreading of COVID-19 in relation to our visitors and members.
At the beginning and end of each work day, workspaces and common areas, as well as our creative studios will be thoroughly sanitized and wiped down with disinfectant wipes.
Staff members will be working with face masks to help prevent any potential exposure.
We require all guests, visitors, and members entering the building to wear a mask. If you are not wearing a mask, you will be asked to leave the building immediately.
We require all persons to wear a mask while walking around the office. Once you are seated in your workspace or settled into your studio, you may remove your mask or keep your mask on at your discretion.
Hand sanitizers and washing stations are located throughout the office to maintain overall sanitary and safety standards. We ask that everyone wipe down their workstation and anything they may have touched after they are done working.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

- Hand Sanitizer

AWL Creative space was perfect for my makeup application and photo shoot. I love the light and airy feel of the space. I also loved the location in Historic Leesburg. I highly recommend the space.
