About the Space
Magical, large garden with several different areas outside, each with their own unique vibe and characteristics that work well for getting different shots in one location — ideal for photo and video shoots. The property is surrounded by lush vegetation, 13 large mature pine trees and a small orchard. Large, second floor balcony affords sweeping views. There is also a rustic shed surrounded by pine trees that is a perfect backdrop for any shoot. All gardens are seasonal so recommend checking if there is something specific you are looking for. Downstairs of house is available for use - this includes bathroom and kitchen. The upstairs of the house (which is not included in the listed square footage) is not available for use. There is a possibility the owners may be in this upstairs area during the event, however they will remain out of site and cannot see the downstairs or back yard, so your event will be completely private. Please feel free to mention this before you book if you would like to discuss it.

We simply can’t speak highly enough of this venue or of this host! The space is simply exquisite & Bianca couldn’t more amazing to work with! We hosted 20 of our closest friends for a puppy garden party & everyone left feeling completely at ease & mesmerized. If you’re wanting a memorable space to celebrate a special event, this is undeniably the place & Bianca is your woman! We will likely make this an annual booking for future special moments moving forward. Can’t thank you enough for your incredible hospitality, Bianca! We WILL be booking with you again & again!!

Unbelievable backyard that is perfect to host an intimate get together. I hosted my bridal shower here and it was honestly the best day ever and this venue played a huge role in it!
