Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
After each booking, trash, if any, is disposed of and all surfaces are cleaned and disinfected. Masks must be worn entering the premises. All employees of the studio wear masks for the whole duration of the booking and remain on premises.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable masks
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:

- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space
Able to shoot versatile portrait shoots or headshot images, whether it be natural lighting or Studio lighting. Over 900 square feet of shooting space with living room atmosphere for guests to wait in comfort with free WIFI for streaming music to house sound system or just to browse the Internet. Refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave also available for use.

In the lot, you can fit up to 5 cars. The street off the lot has room for another six cars.
General Rules
No alcohol on premises and smoking is allowed outside only. Outside food is allowed but must be disposed of in the outside trash after each appointment booking.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
