Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

About the Space

We are presently accepting bookings for photo shoots, film shoots and production base camps only at this time. Refrigerators and food prep area are included for crew amenities. All available spaces within the premises are represented in the photographs, in addition to 2 restrooms.

Parking description

This is a corner location. Metered parking on the intersecting street and avenue are available most hours, as the avenue is the main street of the neighborhood.

Space has natural light

Lighting description

The entire south-facing facade and a portion of the east-facing side is floor-to-ceiling windows. Any control of natural light will be the responsibility of the customer. On clear days, the natural light is the brightest between 8am and 2pm.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

The street noise inside the space is present and at all times, as the space is located on the main business avenue of the neighborhood. Residential neighbors and appliances/HVAC are not a noise concern.

Equipment loading description

Metered street parking with ample room for production vehicles is typically available within a few hundred feet of the entrance most hours of the day. The entrance does not require a ramp.

Staging area is available

Rear storage room, approx 400 sq ft of space.

All rooms are available for shooting

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

The electrical panel is located on the main floor. Power load up to 200 amps, but 220v is not available. Multiple isolated 4-receptacle GFIs are available behind the bar, with 2-receptacle outlets available throughout the rest of the room.

Circuit breaker can be accessed

General Rules

Outside catering is permitted, all NYS and NYC COVID-19 restrictions must be obeserved. A representative of the business will be on site at all times to oversee the rental and manage any site-specific needs.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

Customer must provide appropriate liability insurance, please contact with any questions prior to booking.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture and decorations that are not built-in may be removed and stored within the premises.

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
