- The main entrance door is a 1/2 height window and there’s a full length mirror immediately inside that helps reflect light into the entry hallway.
- The rear living room and kitchen have a double wide 2/3 height window with a sheer shade.
- The space is brightest in the morning and afternoon.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
As the space was just renovated, there’s insulation between the floor joists, all windows are brand new and insulated for noise control, and you can’t typically hear the neighbors. The street is fairly quiet and not a main thoroughfare or bus route.

There is a step up from the sidewalk to the front garden, and a step down from the front garden to the inside of the apartment. The front gate is narrow (although low) and may require items to be lifted over.

General Rules
- No smoking in the building or backyard (you can smoke outside the front gate)
- Overtime billed at 1.5x Peerspace rate
- No alcohol allowed after 8pm
- No loud music after 8pm
- No overnight guests
- No pets
- Guests must leave the space in the condition provided. Damages to the property and missing items will be charged to the card on file with Peerspace.
- COI required prior to arrival.
- All garbage and recycling to be disposed of properly in provided bins.
- No nailing or pinning items into walls or floors
- Furniture can be moved with permission and supervision, but must be returned to original positions in the same condition.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We sanitize the space between bookings, air out the apartment, and wash all linens.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
