Large Natural Light Studio with open space to create. Works well for all sorts of photography and video. Small Consultation area with 50in TV to connect laptop too. Beverage Bar available with water, coffee, and sodas Lighting equipment is available upon request.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer

Top of the line studio. Communication was easy with the host. Lots of room lots of props to use. Everything you could want in the studio. I will definitely be back again

My First Choice did not get back to me in time, so when I rebooked with this studio she got back to me within the hour. Communication was so easy. She answered all of my questions joyfully. Once I got to the studio the directions were super clear and the studio was clean. The refrigerator had drinks for us to enjoy. Now the studio had everything you could possibly need for a successful shoot. Plenty of Furniture, plants and all kinds of props. Some natural light and lots of room. Next time I will take advantage of the lighting and backdrops. My photographer was equally impressed. I am looking forward to the next time I come back to use the studio. No need to go anywhere else. I'm overly satisfied with everything that this studio had to offer

All instructions were great to help get me to this bright, open space. I loved how many props and furniture options were available for us to use and make a lot of variety in the final gallery. Our images came out beautifully and I would absolutely book again!
