Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Between Filming shoots a professional cleaning crew comes in to disinfect high contact areas.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

15,000 square feet open space, 40,000 square feet parking; 2 bars - 1 is private with elegant booths; 15 foot ceiling, beautiful wood paneling with brass accents throughout, chandelier, 2 dance floors, removable seating. restaurant/night club scenes. parking lot - any use desired by production.

Follow Covid protocols; Rent available to filming shoots; commercials, tv series, reality tv, parking lot available for rent
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
