Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
In between visits, the room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. The outside door is opened with a fan to circulate new and clean outdoor air.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on state and local guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

About the Space
I am specifically looking to make my second living room available (But other rooms in the house can be used as well.) The room has lots of natural light, has white-washed brick on two of the 4 walls, and rustic wooden floors. Furniture can be arranged to accommodate needs. This room can work well for small gatherings as it is off of the kitchen, photoshoots, or presentations.

4 cars can park in the driveway. For additional parking, the street can be used. This is in a neighborhood setting with little traffic so parking is no issue.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
