All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This is 'The' historic Bembridge House which is set on the grounds of Drake Park in Long Beach. **Outdoor access only** The house sits at the end of a No-through road and is perfect for any type of event especially, Recitals, Weddings, Dinners, Rehearsals, Movie nights, baby showers and so much more. You can rent this space from $79/hour, this indescribable surreal piece of property awaits your arrival. The entire grounds inc, the courtyard, the garden, and the carriage house are all spaces for you to hold any type of event. As long as you are Covid compliant and the party ends at 10 pm, you are welcome to come and party at our place. This space is magical and any event held here will be memorable and a future conversation piece. "You have to see it to believe it."

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
