Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Every high-touch surface, down to the doorknobs, are sanitized Cleaning agents used are approved by health experts, like disinfectants with 70% alcohol or higher Anyone cleaning the house wears a mask and gloves All linens are washed at a high heat setting We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Tall ceilings, an open staircase and walls of windows flood the space with light, while molded plywood Eames chairs add mid-century style. There is natural light from every direction making this an ideal setting for photos and video. Located in the heart of Portland within walking distance to great restaurants, coffee and parks. Equipped with full kitchen, large table, and private outdoor patio and balcony. Features super fast, gigabit fiber internet via both wifi and ethernet. @111.house

Street parking is free and easy to get. A driveway is also available if needed for loading/unloading and staging.

Lighting description

Lots of natural light coming from all directions throughout the day. Most direct sunlight is late afternoon or early evening. First floor: Large wall windows facing east and west. Tall narrow North facing window. Open staircase has windows at the top that face South and brings light throughout the space. All the windows have light filtering shades on them. 2nd Floor: Bedroom 1 has a wall of windows facing North with a blackout shade and light filtering drapes. Bathroom has a large skylight Bedroom 2 has a wall of windows facing West with a balcony. Partial light filtering shades.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Located on NE 20th Avenue which is a heavy traffic street with occasional trucks. That said, the noise is minimal within the house.

This is a 2-bedroom, 2-floor house. Crews have done staging in the bedrooms or the main entry space, depending on where the shoot is taking place.
