We take cleanliness very seriously. We hire professional cleaning services to ensure a clean and safe space for you and your crew!
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Lighting description
There are larger blinds for the doors and windows in the living room. In the kitchen there are no blinds. Light would have to be controlled by bringing in curtains or screens.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The street is generally quiet. You can hear some freeway noise toward the front of the house when you are quiet. AC and heater do make noise but can be easily controlled by our thermostat.

Either kitchen or living space may be used as well as master bed/bath.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
Nursery and office are off-limits. Available rooms are kitchen/dining area, living room, and master bedroom. Back and side yards are also available.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
Nothing out of the ordinary for a residential property. Circuit breaker is around the rear of the house.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
