Vintage 1920 warehouse converted to a 3,500 sq/ft commercial/residential loft home. Original brick, polished concrete floors & glass block for natural lighting. Access on ground floor via gated parking area. Upstairs chef's kitchen, great room w/original exterior brick wall, tongue and groove black floors. 60 ft roof deck via exterior spiral staircase with unobstructed view of the Dallas Skyline. This space is ABSOLUTELY incredible! It was clean, organized, and taken such great care of. The view from the roof is stunning. Lisa and Howard were so easy to book with and work with. Lisa responds very quickly and sends you clear info of what you need to know when arriving. Howard was very cool and welcoming when we arrived and showed us where to park/gate openers, etc. everything about booking and using this space was EASY! I 10/10 recommended booking a photoshoot here!

We specifically wanted to use the rooftop of the studio for an evening video shoot. It was exactly what we needed for our video with the Dallas skyline in the background, amazing view. The rest of the studio seemed really nice as well and we would be willing to come back and film inside for an industrial/loft-style setting for future videos. Communication with the host and site manager was great.

Lisa's communication prior to my scheduled date was exceptional and extremely helpful. Her space is just as gorgeous as the pictures make it. Spacious, customizable, and easy to work with. (We filmed a music video) Instructions and expectations are clearly laid out, and simple to follow. Lisa and Howard were incredibly kind and immensely easy to work with. I cannot recommend this listing enough!
